View Report on Partner Portal

Partner Portal help users view reports to manage sales and compare statistics

  • Report on credits topped up: view by partner/customer account or all accounts

  • Report on credit usage: view by partner/customer account or all accounts

  • Report on total credit balance: view total credit balance by service account, including credit balance and accrued credits in the period

  • Discount report: view discounts by service account of partner’s customer with flexibility

  • Detailed report and total revenue: view partner’s sales from different aspects and with flexibility

Credit report

Purpose:

  • View credits topped up and used from different aspects

  • View in detail or total

  • View by service account selected or all service accounts currently managed by user

Steps:

Step 1: Select “Report” -> “Credit report”

Step 2: Choose type and conditions of report

(1): Choose type of report

  • Report on credits topped up: list the number of credits topped up by transactions of the service account defined

  • Report on credit usage: list the number of credits used by the service account defined

  • Total credit report: total of credits topped up, used, and the corresponding balance by the service account defined

(2): Choose report’s conditions

  • Time: choose desired time to view report

  • Type: choose account type, including partner account, customer account, or both

  • Account: choose a service account to view or view all service accounts by the type chosen above

After completing (1), (2), screen will be displayed as below

Description:

  • (1): Conditions to view report

  • (2): Report by conditions (1)

Select “Export report” if you want to export into an Excel file

Discount report:

Purpose:

  • View discount information by services of the account defined

  • Used for comparing data by period or calculating partner’s revenue

Steps:

Step 1: Choose “Report” -> “Discount report”

The next screen will be displayed as below:

Step 2: Choose type and conditions of report

(1): Choose type of report

  • Partner: View partner’s discount (signing in)

  • Customer: View discount of customer’s service accounts

(2): Choose report’s conditions

  • Time: choose desired time to view report

  • Status: choose status of discounts. For instance, user wants to view active discounts only

After completing (1), (2), screen will be displayed as below

Select “Export report” if you want to export into an Excel file

Revenue report

Purpose:

  • View detailed and total revenue

  • Used for comparing data by report period

Steps:

Step 1: Choose “Report” -> “Revenue report”

Step 2: Choose type and conditions of report

(1): Choose type of report

  • Detailed revenue report: list revenue of customer, partner in detail and by the selected conditions

  • Total revenue report by service: Total revenue in the period – by service

  • Total revenue report by account: Total revenue in the period – by account

(2): Choose conditions of report

  • Time: choose desired time to view report

  • Type: choose type of account, including partner account, customer account, or both

  • Account: choose a service account or view all service accounts by the type chosen above

Select “Export report” if you want to export into an Excel file
