Top up Credit for Customer
For partner’s customers, adding credits directly is not permitted. To be able to buy VNG Cloud’s services, partners will top up credits for customers based on specific requirements from them.
Topping up credits will be done by transferring credits from partner account to customer account. Once the transaction is completed, the system will subtract those credits from partner account and add them to customer account.
Step 1: Choose “Account”
Step 2: Find and select accounts
Find accounts that are officially approved (have the status = “Approved”) as below

The next screen will be displayed as below
Description:
(1): Describing topping up credits for which customer (use customer’s common name)
(2): List credit balance of partner account and customer account
(3): The number of credits you want to top up for your customer, choose a suitable value or choose “Custom value”
Select “Top up”, a confirmation screen will be displayed as below
Select “Confirm” if user wants to transfer credits to the chosen customer Select “Cancel” if the user wants to change their decision After selecting “Confirm”, user can quickly check the amount subtracted from partner account on partner portal’s main screen
