Set Up Discounts for Customers

• User can set up discounts for customers in order to define price for each particular customer. By doing this, when partner’s customer buys VNG Cloud’s services, they will see the price as defined by partner.

• In case user does not set discounts for their customer, customer will see public price when logging in to VNG Cloud portal to buy services.

Step 1: Select “Account” and choose the account to set discount for

(1): Choose menu (2): Choose the account to set discount for (3): Choose submenu and see account in detail

Select “Set discount”

• Effective from: Input discount applied date, which must be equal to or larger than current date +3 business days

• Effective to: Input discount expired date, which must be equal to or larger than the “Effective from” date

• Choose product, discount group and input discount ratio

• Select “Set”

User will receive a notification of discounts for customer successfully set as below:

When active date comes, this discount will be activated and applied to orders created within the discount period

Note:

User needs to consider when setting discounts for customers, compared to the price bought from VNG Cloud

To view active discounts as well as discounts waiting to be activated, select “Account”, choose the account to view as below

After clicking “View history”, discounts of the chosen account will be displayed
